Over the last ten years, we have grown to meet the increasing needs of individuals with visual impairments and recently approved a new strategic plan that will position our mission and programs to serve thousands more as we enter our second decade. On behalf of the children, youth, adults and military veterans we are honored to serve, thank you to everyone who has supported, volunteered in believed in our mission. Together, we have truly changed lives.” – said Billy Henry, Founder/Executive Director.
