2017 Annual Campaign

This holiday season, you can make the difference in the lives of individuals sitting on the sidelines.

Every year, Northwest Association for Blind Athletes provides programming to more than 1,500 children, youth, adults, and military veterans who are blind or visually impaired. Through our five tailored programs, our athletes learn healthy habits, experience empowerment, and gain independence. Please consider donating today, so more individuals like Eric can achieve their dreams with the confidence and skills they gain from Northwest Association for Blind Athletes.

With your generosity, NWABA is able to  empower individuals like Eric. Before we met Eric, his middle school PE teacher did not know how to involve him in standard curriculum because of his visual impairment. Instead of participating with the rest of his class, Eric was asked to run on a treadmill.

Your support makes it possible for NWABA to provide Eric with life-changing opportunities by lending his school adaptive sports equipment, training his PE teacher how to adapt the curriculum, providing ongoing programs such as tandem biking and swimming, and by having a week long summer camp.

Join us this holiday season with a gift to help individuals like Eric build confidence, independence, and friendship. We have a goal of raising $15,000, and we need your support.
With the support of several anonymous donors, all gifts up to $2,000 will be matched to help us meet our goal.

Will you consider making a generous gift to NWABA?
