What is Give More 24?
It is 24 hours that truly raises the bar for our athletes. Give More 24 is the biggest giving day of the year for our community, hosted by the Community Foundation for SW Washington. On September 19, 2019, NWABA and other nonprofits will join together in an effort to raise $1.6 million within 24 hours. These funds are critical to sustaining and growing the life-changing programs and services offered in our community, such as sports and physical activity for individuals who are blind and visually impaired.

Why does Give More 24 matter?
BeCause we believe that everyone deserves access to sports and physical activity. We believe in providing children, youth, and adults with tools and resources that empower them to achieve their goals in all areas of life, regardless of their vision, age, or physical abilities. We believe that sports and physical activity are a catalyst for individuals to feel a sense of confidence and accomplishment, to develop lasting friendships and build community, and to have fun.
BeCause on September 19, 2019, all donations to NWABA will be matched until we reach our goal of $30,000. Thanks to incredible community supporters and advocates, your gift of $50 becomes $100, or $100 becomes $200, or $1,000 becomes $2,000 that will be invested directly into life-changing sports and physical activity programs for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
