Founded in 2007, Northwest Association for Blind Athletes is a national leader dedicated to improving the quality of life for children, youth, and adults through participation in sports and physical activity in communities across Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana.
NWABA offers live and pre-recorded, audio-described virtual workouts including yoga, tai chi, strength training, Zumba and more to help with balance, cardio and core strength.
NWABA also supports the community by increasing visibility and awareness throughout the region, as well as providing scholarships and grants to local sports teams and individuals who are blind and vision impaired.
By providing sport and physical activity, NWABA offers blind and visually impaired individuals a life-changing catalyst to gain confidence, develop skills, achieve goals and build community.
NWABA offers many ways for you to make a profound impact on individuals of all ages and abilities, who are blind or visually impaired.
