NWABA offers a variety of 60-minute live and pre-recorded, audio-described and high-contrast virtual workouts to keep you healthy and active at home. Our virtual programs are open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels, expanding across the globe.
Join our community and exercise your whole body as we offer a rotating schedule of audio-described live workouts including dance aerobics, yoga, cardio, core stability, deep stretch, circuit workouts, and seated workouts.
Live workouts are offered via Zoom Monday through Friday at 12:00 pm PST and on Tuesday’s and Thursdays at 9:00 am PST.
New to our virtual workouts? Our audio-described How-To videos take you step-by-step through the various exercises regularly performed in our live workout programs. These minute-long, descriptive videos teach proper techniques to help keep you safe during your fitness journey.
Sports Outreach provides various sports activities, on-going programs and sports clinics to ensure that individuals of all ages and abilities have access to participate.
NWABA also supports the community by increasing visibility and awareness throughout the region, as well as providing scholarships and grants to local sports teams and individuals who are blind and vision impaired.
