Are You a Dreamer and a Doer?

Northwest Association for Blind Athletes improves the quality of life for children, youth, adults and military veterans who are blind or visually impaired through participation in sport and physical activity. It’s an incredibly rewarding mission—one that our fast-growing team is committed to achieving—and we’re looking for talented individuals to join the cause.

POWER IN PURPOSE

Our team is made up of people who believe that providing life-changing opportunities makes for a life-changing career. We are a determined group of visionaries who come to work each day singularly focused on making a difference in the lives of the athletes we serve.

BOLD AMBITIONS

Since our founding in 2007, NWABA has grown from serving six individuals to serving more than 1,500 children, youth, and adults each year. We continually work on enhancing our programs and expanding our reach to serve individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

PERSONAL GROWTH

At NWABA, our culture reflects our mission. This means that we are as committed to program development as we are to professional development. We strive to provide personalized opportunities for growth and career advancement for each member of our team.
