Northwest Association for Blind Athletes to host Adventure Awaits Dinner & Auction on Saturday, October 13th

Boise, Idaho——September 5th, 2018—The Northwest Association for Blind Athletes (NWABA) announced today that it will be hosting a dinner and auction on Saturday, October 13th, 2018 at Boise Centre (850 W. Front Street, Boise, ID 83702) to support the organization’s life-changing programs for children, youth, adults and military veterans who are blind or visually impaired across Idaho. Tickets are $40 each or $500 for a VIP table of ten guests. The deadline to purchase tickets and tables is Monday, October 8th. Guests will enjoy exciting live and silent auction items, including trips to Hawaii and Portland, OR, powerful testimonials, a delicious meal and much more. All net proceeds will support Northwest Association for Blind Athlete’s mission of helping individuals with visual impairments build confidence, improve self-esteem, enhance physical activity, develop friendships and gain the skills, tools and resources to reach their greatest potential in all areas of life.

A group of visually impaired students formed the Association in 2007 to ensure that people who are blind were participating in sports and physical activity.
