NWABA is On The Move with Our Spring Campaign

Young girl athlete is holding hands with her guide as they run across a track together. It's a sunny day with blue skies and grass in the background. This month we launched our Spring Campaign with the theme “On the Move” because NWABA is always on the move. Whether our athletes are pedaling forward on a tandem bike or running towards the finish line, or the organization is moving forward; growing as an organization while providing programs and services to even more athletes keeps us on the move every day.

Starting with six athletes in 2007, NWABA now provides more than 3,000 program and service interactions to children, youth and young adults throughout Washington, Oregon & Montana through our four core programs.

During the Spring Campaign, NWABA also participates in state-wide giving days in Washington and Idaho which brings their communities together to raise money and awareness for local nonprofits. Idaho Gives runs from April 29-May 2, 2024 and GiveBIG Washington runs from May 7-8, 2024. Early giving for both Idaho Gives and GiveBIG are on now!

With our summer programs just around the corner, our athletes need your support to keep the momentum moving forward so that every individual who is blind and visually impaired can experience sports and physical activity.

Our goal is to raise $65,000 through our Spring Campaign. And thanks to several generous matching gift donors, YOUR GIFT WILL BE DOUBLED, if you give a gift by JUNE 30, 2024!

You can make a difference in the lives of our athletes this summer! Your gift at any amount, will help our athletes build confidence, make connections, and become part of a community.

Please help NWABA ensure that every individual who is blind and visually impaired has a chance to grow this summer!

Thank you for considering a gift to support our Spring Campaign. Donations can be made through our website, Idaho Gives or GiveBIG Washington.
