This video resource library is a support tool for teachers, educators, community members, athletes and their families to implement instructional strategies when working with individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

LOCOMOTOR SKILLS

The skills shown in the Locomotor playlist include horizontal jump, leap, gallop, skip, hopping, and sliding.

OBJECT CONTROL SKILLS

The skills shown in the Object Control playlist include stationary dribble, striking a stationary ball, kicking, overhand throw, underhand throw and catching.

FITNESS ACTIVITIES

The skills shown in the Fitness playlist include modified push-up, running, full push-up, sit-up, jumping jack, jumping rope, yoga and bowling.

BASKETBALL SKILLS

The skills shown in the Basketball playlist include gameplay, offensive & defensive movement, dribbling, passing and shooting.

BOWLING SKILLS

The skills shown in the Bowling playlist include underhand roll, foot placement and steps using a sound source.

HOCKEY SKILLS

The skills shown in the Hockey playlist include gameplay, defensive movement, passing, shooting and dribbling.

PE GAMES SKILLS

The skills shown in the PE Games playlist include activities for small and large groups in elementary and secondary grades, and youth with multiple disabilities.

RACKET SPORTS SKILLS

The skills shown in the Racket Sports playlist focus on tennis, ping pong and badminton, including general gameplay, striking and receiving.
